«SANMOTION» Stepping Motor with Encoder product range. Thanks to precise encoder feedback, this range is particularly designed for safety requirements of demanding applications such as medical applications, robotics, textile, communication and semiconductor industries.
Based on 2-Phase and 5-Phase High Torque Hybrid stepping motors, this product range offer high torque with precise encoder feedback in compact size.
Main Features :
1) Stepping motors :
- Square frame size : 42, 56 and 60 mm available in various lengths
- Holding torque : 0.26 up to 2.7 Nm
- Current per phase : 0.48 up to 4 A
- Connection : Unipolar, Bipolar and Pentagon
Many motor types are available in order to meet the torque and speed required by your application.
2) Optical Encoders :
3 types of incremental optical encoders can be selected to provide digital quadrature encoder feedback of motor position as well as stall detection. These are the
S type TTL compatible encoder,
the L type Line Driver encoder,
and the R type cost effective encoder.
The encoders are available in 200, 400 or 500 counts per revolution, 2 or 3 channels with or without complementary outputs depending on which type. They have a very compact design, a very small mass, and can be fast and simple mounted.
Full stepper motor electrical specifications, dynamic performance information and technical drawings are featured for each motor frame size (42, 56 and 60mm). User’s catalogue also benefit from a simple guide to part numbers together with quick reference guide.
