SANYO DENKI EUROPE SA. is pleased to introduce its «San Ace 40» CRE type DC fan measuring 40 mm square by 56 mm thick. This fan has been designed to meet requirements for lower vibrations of IT and Telecommunications equipments.

What is a Counter Rotating Fan (CR type Fan) ?
Two fans that rotate in counterclockwise directions are placed in the same axial core in front and back, so that the
characteristics of airflow and static pressure can be improved.

• First 40 mm square size by 56 mm thickness low vibration fan in the industry
• High static pressure (570 Pa) and large air flow (0,9 m3/min - 31,8 CFM)
• Rated Voltage : 12 VDC
• PWM control function for external speed control
• Pulse sensor (Tachy Output)
• Expected life 40000 hours (at 60°C with survival rate of 90%)

The vibrations of the fan have been reduced by approximatively 50% in comparison with similar standard product, while keeping the same performances, thanks to :

• an improved rotor balanced,
• a tight dimensional tolerance of assembling parts,
• and the higher rigidity of the aluminium frame.
