28 mm square Stepping Motor

SANYO DENKI EUROPE SA. is pleased to introduce its new 28 mm square stepping motor serie. This serie includes 2-phase(1.8°/step) «SANMOTION F2 - SH22» and 5-phase (0.72°/step) «SANMOTION F5 - SH52» models. These stepping motors have been designed to meet the market demand for smaller size equipments with higher performances.

These motors are available in single or double shaft version to meet the requirements of your application.

Main features :

1) High Torque :
With an optimum magnetic circuit design, the holding torque has been increased by approximatively 80 % compared to current 1.8° models, and 44 % compared to current 0.72° models.

2) Low Vibration and Low Noise :
The high-level concentricity of the rotor and stator enable better rotational balance for lower vibrations and lower noise level.
The noise level has been decreased by approximatively 12% compared to current models.

3) Compact Size :
A new lead wire holder system eliminate the protrusion of the lead wire outlet for space saving without sacrificing motor characteristics.

Target Applications :

Small surveillance camera, semiconductor manufacturing inspection device, inspection device for medical treatment, optronics devices, general automation.
